Washington, Oct 27 (IBNS): The U.S. forces conducted precision strikes in Kunar Province, Afghanistan, targeting Faruq al-Qatani and Bilal al-Utabi, two of al-Qaeda's most senior leaders in Afghanistan, the Pentagon said on Thursday.
