Ottawa/IBNS: The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled that federal Liberal government's carbon pricing regime is constitutional in a 6-3 decision,  that allows Ottawa to go ahead with its plan to ensure every province and territory has a price on carbon to curb greenhouse gas emissions.

Ottawa, Jul 27 (IBNS):  The average Ontario family will receive $260 in annual savings thanks to the elimination of the cap-and-trade carbon tax as Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks Rod Phillips announced details of legislation that would, if passed, formally end the cap-and-trade carbon tax era in Ontario.
