Pakistani committee finds bus carrying Chinese nationals was not bulletproof

A Pakistani committee tasked to probe the suicide attack on a vehicle which was carrying Chinese nationals found significant lapses in the security detail of the engineers and a blatant disregard for the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
