Canada's Federal budget won't raise taxes for middle class, Chrystia Freeland says

Canada's Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland has ruled out raising taxes on the middle class in the upcoming federal budget to be unveiled on Apr 16. But she did not reveal if Carada's corporations or the wealthy are included in the same category.
