Global ‘learning crisis’ threatens future of millions young students – World Bank report

New York, Sept 27(Just Earth News): Schooling without learning is a terrible waste of precious resources and of human potential, the World Bank said on Monday, warning in a new report that millions of young students in low and middle-income countries face the prospect of lost opportunity and lower wages in later life because their primary and secondary schools are failing to educate them to succeed.
