Calgary, Oct 29 (IBNS): With $10.9 Billion budget deficit the NDP premier of Alberta Rachel Notley in a recent speech, addressed to Alberta Urban Municipalities Association's (AUMA) convention, held in Edmonton, warned municipal leaders of the province’s status, whereby not to expect any funding initiative from the cash strapped provincial government.
