US Election 2020

All of Biden claimed states will be legally challenged: Donald Trump

Washington/IBNS: Amid the ongoing counting in the competitive race for the prestigious White House, US President Donald Trump tweeted that he would legally challenge all the states won by Democrat nominee Joe Biden alleging fraud in the election process.

In a tweet, Trump wrote: "All of the recent Biden claimed States will be legally challenged by us for Voter Fraud and State Election Fraud. Plenty of proof - just check out the Media. WE WILL WIN! America First!"

The tweet was immediately hidden as "misleading" by the microblogging site.

Meanwhile, amid the counting of votes in Pennsylvania, Trump, who is leading, claimed to have won the state.

The counting in Pennsylvania has, however, paused following disputes over the arrival time of the voting ballots on Nov 3.

Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, will not count anymore ballots until tomorrow because of a court agreement over some 29,000 disputed ballots, CNN reported quoting County Councilwoman Bethany Hallam.

They will resume counting on Friday.

Trump earlier also demanded to stop the vote count.

Meanwhile, as per CNN current updates, Joe Biden has won 253 electoral votes while Trump is leading behind with 213 wins.
