Bangladesh registers three fresh COVID-19 deaths in past 24 hours
Dhaka: As many as three people died due to COVID-19 in Bangladesh in the past 24 hours, media reports said.
The death toll due to the virus in the country now stands at 27,961.
The COVID-19 caseload rose to 1,574,948 as 312 people tested positive for the disease in the 24 hours to 8 am on Wednesday, according to the latest government data as reported by bdnews24.
Dhaka recorded the most cases among the eight divisions, logging 244 infections, reports the news portal.
