Canada-India Conclave celebrates India at 75- Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav

Toronto/IBNS: To celebrate India @ 75- Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Bharat Centre of Canada-A policy Think Tank, in collaboration with the Consulate General of India in Toronto organised Canada-India Conclave, a panel discussion on the topic ,“Canada-India Partnership : Collaboration through Human Centric Approach" here. 

Bharat Centre of Canada seeks to promote interdisciplinary study and activities on Canada-India relations. The panel discussion showcased the complementarities driving Canada-India partnership.

The discussion provided an understanding on how to enhance the scope of cooperation and engagement between two countries. The idea is to highlight existing collaborations and to articulate the factors underpinning success.

The eminent panellists for the panel discussion on “Canada-India Partnership : Collaboration through Human Centric Approach,”  includes Srimati Apoorva Srivastava, Consul General of India in Toronto, Professor Kalpdrum Passi, adjunct faculty Bharat Centre of Canada, Gaurav Sharma, an adjunct faculty Bharat Centre of Canada, Mohit Bharti, Research Fellow, Bharat Centre of Canada.

The discussion was moderated by Dr. Nivedita Das Kundu, President, Bharat Centre of Canada. 

Canada-India Conclave with the discussion on the topic “Canada-India Partnership : Collaboration through Human Centric Approach,”was shown on PTC, the local TV channel.

It was telecasted both in Canada and India. Bharat Centre of Canada is going to conduct similar Canada-India Conclave in coming days focussing on different topics on Canada-India strategic partnership, to celebrate India at 75-Azadi Ka Amrit Mohotsav.

India at 75 - Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav commenced in India in Mar 2021 for the country's 75th Independence Day.
