Massive fire breaks out at five star hotel in London

London, June 6 (IBNS): A massive fire broke out at a luxury hotel, named Mandarin Oriental, located at Knightsbridge in London on Wednesday evening, media reports said.


While the cause of the fire is yet to ascertained, no casualties have been reported in the accident.

According to London Fire Brigade, the fire broke out shortly before 4pm.

Huge plumes of smoke could be seen coming from the Mandarin Oriental as the fire broke, local channels reported.

According to reports, around 120 firefighters and 20 fire engines were called to douse off the flames.

The evacuation process was also smooth and all staff were evacuated from the 12-storey building immediately after the fire broke out.
