Poland President signs agreement on legal cooperation on criminal matters with Taiwan
Warsaw: Poland and Taiwan have signed an agreement on legal cooperation on criminal matters.
It has been signed by Polish President Andrzej Duda.

Minister Wu & #MOJ Minister Tsai, as well as @LPiebiak , were on hand to witness Rep. Shih & @PLinTaiwan Director General Gaca do the honors," tweeted Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

The agreement covers five major areas -- criminal matters, extradition, prisoner transfer, exchange of legal and practical insights, and sharing of information for crime prevention, the ministry was quoted as saying by CNA.
It will help strengthen the transnational anti-crime efforts and judicial cooperation between Taiwan and Poland, MOFA said.
