Thou Shall Not Get Married by Captain Schubert Jacinto Pires is a fun read about why one should never get married!

Does that sound interesting to you or are you enraged?

Well, if you are disappointed by the topic, you will come across uncountable things in the book that will disappoint you more but if one can take these things in a lighter tone, one can thoroughly enjoy this book.

Right at the beginning of the book there is a disclaimer by the author which is loaded with sarcasm and funny statements that will give you the essence of the content.

Written in a sarcastic tone with the usage of swear words and SMS language, Thou Shall Not Get Married can either make you laugh or can disappoint you.

The book is divided into 114 short chapters, each dealing with a specific issue related to relationships, single life, marriage, children, men, women and so on.

It is written in a first-person narrative and the tone is very casual as if the author is conversing with the readers and trying to convince them not to get married.

The style of this book can easily engage the readers with the writings of the author and though the book contains 534 pages, it can be finished quickly.

The end note of the book is also unusual yet humorous
.
If someone is looking for a book which is very light yet engaging and entertaining, must grab it now!

It will highly appeal to most of the teenagers and young adults, but many may find it offensive as well.

So, what is your take on this book?
