Srinagar/IBNS: The Jammu and Kashmir Centre for Peace, Research and Sustainable Development (JKCPRS) and the J-K Students Association organized a virtual interactive session titled "Mastering the JKAS Journey" for students preparing for civil services in Jammu and Kashmir.

The session, attended by a large number of aspirants and young students, featured Snowber Jamil (KAS-2012) as a guest speaker who shared valuable insights on cracking competitive exams, stated ANI.

Jamil covered various crucial aspects, including exam schemes, recommended study materials, and the significance of staying updated with current affairs. During the question-answer session, she addressed queries regarding the ethics paper, exam approach, and cut-off requirements.

Emphasizing the importance of dedication and passion, she advised aspirants to thoroughly understand the syllabus and avoid relying solely on online resources.

Founder of J-K Centre for Peace, Research and Sustainable Development, Nasir Khuehami, expressed gratitude to Snowber Jamil for her presence and highlighted plans for future seminars, webinars, and interactions with experts to guide and mentor students, reported ANI.

The aim of such sessions is to provide guidance and support to marginalized and economically disadvantaged students who possess the potential to crack civil service exams.

The session served as a platform to galvanize young students and address the lack of proper guidance in J-K. Umar Masoodi, JKSA Media Coordinator, stressed the importance of such sessions in guiding aspirants and fostering their interest in competitive exams.

Aadil Bhat, JKSA North Head, emphasized the need for a pragmatic approach in choosing the field of competitive exams and praised JKCPRS for providing a platform to address queries and provide solutions.

Co-founder of JKCPRS, Ummar Jamal, underlined the significance of hard work in achieving success in JKPSC examinations and expressed hope that JKCPRS would serve as a platform to instill determination among aspirants.
