JW Kitchen has the perfect brunch ready for Holi revellers on March 10

Kolkata/IBNS: Complement your Holi mirth with a hearty meal at JW Kitchen, the all-day diner at JW Marriott Kolkata which is hosting a special brunch on March 10.

The elaborate brunch buffet features exclusive entrees like “Chicken Pate and Avocado with Blueberry Mousse on Crostini and Greens”, “Gorgonzola Loaded Smoked Mushroom with Truffle Honey Vinaigrette”, “Charcoal Roasted Strawberries with Brie Foam and Balsamic Caviar”, to name a few.

Appetizers such as “Ajawani Mahi Tikka” and “Broccoli and Corn Croquette” are sure to leave your taste buds craving for more.

There will be live khow suey curry counter, dimsums and teppanyaki, along with local delicacies such as “Kacha Lonkar Mangsho”, “Echorer Kalia”, and “Home Style Bangali Fish Curry”.

Do not forget to explore the offerings at the Chaat counter.

The dessert selection at the Holi brunch includes special creatons such as “Raspberry Litchi”, “Fruit Schuss” and “Wild Berry Yogurt”, “Coffee Almond Tart”, pastries flavoured with “Apricot” and “Cherry Namleca”, and assorted macaroons.
