Kolkata, Mar 26 (IBNS): If you are one of those who love to tuck into a good meal on Easter Sunday but afraid of those calories, then the special Easter menu at Kolkata's Eat Good Food restaurant may be an answer to your prayers of a guilt-free dining.

Founded by nutritionist, Hena Nafis, Eat Good Food is an all day café, which takes pride in its wholesome yet delicious food drawn up from cuisines from across the globe such as Chinese, Thai, Italian, Spanish and Mediterranean among others.

The Easter Sunday spread includes starters, entrees and desserts such as Hot Cross Buns (a bun made of organic wheat flour mix with assorted nuts), Roast Lamb (boneless lamb marinated with thyme and rosemary and glazed with brown sauce served with bun and roast potatoes), Eggless and Sugar free Carrot Cake (made of organic whole wheat flour, instead of eggs using hang curd and fresh grated carrots), Eggless and Sugar free Black Forest (a sponge made of organic wheat flour instead of eggs using curd mix with coco powder and dark Belgium chocolate; the sponge layer with low fat sugar free cream and dark cherry filling inside) and Eggless Dark Chocolate Brownies (brownie made of 70 per cent dark Belgium chocolate instead of flour using organic wheat flour and almond powder) among others.

The special spread will be available on Easter Sunday (April 1) at Eat Good Food (19, Tarak Dutta Rd, Lower Range, Beck Bagan).
