The Fatty Bao Kolkata decides to go global with its 'Colour Me Mango' menu

Kolkata, Apr 26 (IBNS): Bitten by the mango mania? Then check out the menu of 'Colour Me Mango' offered by The Fatty Bao Kolkata until May 27.

The special menu is on offer simultaneously at all its outlets in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata.

Drawing inspiration from the popular Thai street food of coconut and rice pudding, The Fatty Bao has come up with a Mango Pudding made with coconut ice cream, pistachio sponge, mango passion fruit gel, and milk meringue.

Or, indulge in the many textures of the Mango Cremeux, made with black sesame sponge, raspberry sorbet, green tea crumble, sesame nougatine, and raspberry gel.

The Mango and Peach Sangria is a mellow summer drink with wine infused with mango and peaches and a dash of rum as well.

The Global Warmer brings together whiskey and mangoes in one drink with a dash of basil and lime.

For those looking for something without alcohol, there is Mango Ice Tea and Fresh Mango Smoothie.
