UCMAS organises Delhi's state level competition 2019
New Delhi, May 1 (IBNS): UCMAS had once again organized Delhi’s biggest State Level Competition 2019 in which the children of age 5-15 years with Abacus aptitude joined in, on Apr 28 at St. Columba’s School, Ashok Place, gole Market.
In the competition, an astounding number of 1500+ children took part where they solved 200 mathematical questions in eight minutes.
The Directors of UCMAS Delhi who are also the organizers of the event, Rajiv Garg and Sanjay Verma quoted that, “Every child is born equal, but we as their parents, mentor, adviser or whatsoever are responsible to help them be as capable as they can. Pulling out the child’s caliber at the right age is as important as raising them with good values. UCMAS focuses on exactly the point that no one thinks of to outstand their students. Abacus is the device that helps our students with that.”
The aim of the event was to encourage their students to compete amongst themselves and perform exceptionally well. It also focused on the importance of learning Abacus and how it may help fix most of the problems kids face during their learning period.
Following this event will be the ‘The Gratification Ceremony’ on May 5 at Shah Auditorium, Civil Lines for the students who excelled the competition along with throwing some light on Dyslexia and enlightening the audience with the ‘Awareness Campaign Against Dyslexia’ in the presence of Honorable Guests and esteemed personalities.
