Women's Day offers from Marriott group hotels in Kolkata
Kolkata/IBNS: From discounts to women's groups to complimentary wine, these hotels have a range of special offers this Women's Day, March 8.
Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata
On March 8, Kava, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, is offering a 20 per cent discount on food and soft beverages for women’s groups.
The buffet spread is pegged at Rs 2400 plus tax for two.
Menu highlights – Mixed Sprout Tikki Chaat, Murgh Hussain Kebab, Tandoori Bagicha, Chilli Garlic Mushroom, Steamed Fish with Soya and Mustard, Vegetable Soba Noodles, Multigrain Kheer, Red Velvet Cake, Fresh Fruit Gateaux.
Same day, Vertex- the liquid restaurant, is hosting a ‘Ladies Night’ where an a la carte meal will be around Rs 1500 plus tax for two people and there will be unlimited cocktails for women till midnight.
The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat
The star property has decided to honour their female work force by letting them take charge of all the hotel services for the entire day on March 8.
The same day, Seasonal Taste, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, will showcase a wide array of local and global cuisines curated by their in-house female chefs.
Highlights – live station managed by Chef Akansha and serving Lebanese Shawarma, Greek Grills, Moroccan Tagine, Tawa Kebab, Chats by Chef Ritika, Heavenly Grills by Chef Pinki, Darjeeling Special Counter by Chef Shriya.
The Whistle Stop Club will offer a variety of concoctions prepared by female mixologist, Chef Evana for the women.
Expect to spend upwards of Rs 1899 plus tax per head.
JW Marriott Kolkata
On March 8, the hotel’s popular diner JW Kitchen is offering a 20 per cent discount for women’s groups.
Menu highlights -- Honey mustard roast pork leg, Thai Herb Marinated Fish with Chilli Garlic Pau Chicken keema, Fish in sweet and sour sauce with pineapple and cucumber, Country style vegetable Thai Red curry with Jasmine rice, Raspberry Pavlova, Granny Smith, Lavender choux buns.
Expect to spend Rs 2100 plus tax per person with a glass of wine complimentary for all women patrons.
