27.41% average voter turnout till 1100hrs in 13 seats of Jharkhand

Ranchi/UNI: An average voter turnout of 27.41 per cent has been reported in the first four hours (till 1100hrs) of polling presently underway in 13 seats of Jharkhand in the first phase of the Vidhan Sabha Elections.

Constituency wise the polling percentage in these 13 segments was: Chatra 29.32 per cent, Gumla 30.46 per cent, Bishunpur 29.51 per cent, Lohardaga 21.27 per cent, Manika 22.17 per cent, Latehar 27 per cent, Panki 26.50 per cent, Daltonganj 27.90 per cent, Bishrampur 27.20 per cent, Chattarpur 28.20 per cent, Hussainabad 26.60 per cent, Garhwa 27.40 per cent and Bhawnathpur 30.38 per cent.

Voting in these seats will continue till 1500HRS.
