Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actor Armaan Kohli, who was being questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), has been arrested after banned drugs were allegedly recovered from his Mumbai house during raids last evening, media reports said.

A team of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested Kohli after intercepting one major drug peddler Ajay Raju Singh, who was in possession of illegal drugs.

Based on preliminary interrogation of the accused Ajay Raju Singh, the agency launched a follow up investigation.

Based on Singh's inputs, a team of NCB raided the house of Kohli in suburban Andheri and recovered a small quantity of Cocaine drug from him, NDTV reported quoting sources.

The NCB team later took the actor to its office in south Mumbai for questioning, said reports.

Kohli has featured in the Salman Khan starrer film 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' among others and was also one of the contestants of the TV reality show Bigg Boss.
