Chandigarh, Mar 12 (IBNS): Punjab Congress Chief Amarinder Singh, who will supposedly take over as the Chief Minister of Punjab, said there should be no speculations over the role Navjot Singh Sidhu unless he meets party Vice President Rahul Gandhi.
