Amethi, May 7 (IBNS) Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday alleged that Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi violated model code of conduct in Amethi constituency of Uttar Pradesh.

The party also filed a written complaint with the Election Commission (EC) in this regard.

The AAP alleged that Rahul visited Amethi on polling day (Wednesday) with a cavalcade of 15 vehicles.

In Amethi, the voter turnout was 10.4 per cent till 9 am.

Pertinently, it is one of the most watched seats in this election where the contest is among Rahul Gandhi, AAP's Kumar Vishwas and BJP's Smriti Irani.
