Bihar Assembly Polls: BJP releases candidate-list for the 2nd phase
Patna/UNI: The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP), the main alliance partner of National Democratic Alliance (NDA), on Sunday announced the names of 46 candidates for the second phase of Bihar assembly elections.
According to the list released by the party National General Secretary Arun Singh, BJP has fielded Narayan Prasad from Nautan, Umakant Singh Singh from Chanpatia, Renu Devi from Bettiah, Krishna Nandan Paswan from Harsiddhi (reserved), Sunil Mani Tripathi from Govindganj, Sachinendra Prasad Singh from Kalyanpur, Shyam Babu Prasad Yadav from Pipra, Rana Randhir Singh from Madhuban, Dr Mithilesh Kumar from Sitamarhi, Ramprit Paswan from Rajnagar (reserved), Nitish Mishra from Jhanjharpur ,Arun Kumar Singh from Baruraj, Ashok Kumar Singh from Paroo, Mithilesh Tiwari from Baikunthpur, Ram Pravesh Rai from Barauli, Subhash Singh from Gopalganj, Om Prakash Yadav from Siwan, Ramayan Manjhi from Darauli (reserved), Karanjit Singh from Daraundha, Deveshkant Singh from Goriyakothi, Janak Singh from Taraiya, Dr C.N. Gupta from Chhapra , Gyanchand Manjhi from Garkha (reserved), Krishna Kumar Mantu from Amnor, Vinay Kumar Singh from Sonepur, Awdhesh Singh from Hajipur ,Sanjay Kumar Singh from Lalganj, Satish Kumar Yadav from Raghopur, Sheel Kumar Rai from Ujiyarpur , Rajesh Singh from Mohiuddinnagar, Virendra Paswan from Rosera (reserved), Surendra Mehta from Bachwara , Kundan Singh from Begusarai, Rama Shankar Paswan from Bakhri (reserved), Kumar Shailendra from Bihpur,Lalan Kumar Paswan from Pirpaiti (reserved), Rohit Pandey from Bhagalpur, Dr Sunil Kumar from Biharsharif , Ranvijay Singh from Bakhtiyarpur , Sanjiv Chaurasia from Digha, Nitin Navin from Bankipur, Arun Kumar Sinha from Kumhrar, Nand Kishore Yadav from Patna Sahib, Satyendra Singh from Fatuha, Asha Sinha from Danapur and Nikhil Anand from Maner.

As per the seat sharing agreement, Janata Dal United JD (U) is contesting on 115 seats, BJP on 110, Hindustani Aawam Morcha (HAM) on 7 and Vikas Sheel Insan Party (VIP) on 11 seats.
