BJP releases manifesto for Karnataka assembly election
Bengaluru, May 4 (IBNS): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday released its manifesto for the Karnataka assembly election, which is scheduled to be held on May 12.
Former Karnataka Chief Minister and BJP's Chief Ministerial candidate for the polls, B.S. Yeddyurappa, was present to release the manifesto with other party members.
Karnataka is one of the last few states which are ruled by the Congress.
BJP, under the leadership of Yeddyurappa, is eyeing to return to power.
The state poll has turned out to be a battle between present Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Yeddyurappa.
The poll results will come out on May 15.
