BJP, RSS are enemies of India: Assam peasant leader Akhil Gogoi

| @indiablooms | Feb 14, 2019, at 09:39 pm

Guwahati, Feb 14 (IBNS): Assam peasant leader and Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS) advisor Akhil Gogoi on Thursday made a controversial statement that – BJP and RSS are enemies of India.

“We will continue our fight against the BJP and RSS and it will be continued till the parliament election and also after that. The BJP and RSS are enemies of India and Assamese nationalism. So the 70 organisations of Assam, who fought against the Citizenship Amendment Bill, are united and will continue their fight against the BJP and RSS people,”  Gogoi said.

He further said that, after the bill episode, the people of Assam and North East will throw the BJP and RSS to "dustbin."

Gogoi also alleged that, the BJP and RSS are trying to make India turn into a Jinnah land.

“Himanta Biswa Sarma and the BJP-RSS people are like Jinnah. They are trying to make India turn into a Jinnah land, trying to make India turn into Pakistan, a religious state. So the people of Assam and North East are unitedly fighting against Jinnahism,” Akhil Gogoi said.

Earlier, the members of KMSS and 70 other ethnic organisations celebrated following the lapse of the Citizenship Amendment Bill in the Rajya Sabha.
