Buildings collapse in Noida, three killed

New Delhi, July 18 (IBNS): At least three people were killed as a building felled on another building in Greater Noida near Delhi on Tuesday, reports said.

A least dozens of people are feared to be present under the debris.

The mishap occurred when one six-storey building collapsed on another, reports said.

National Disaster Response Force (NDRF)  officials,  police and the fire brigade are present at the spot and are currently working to rescue people trapped under the debris.

According to reports, three people have been arrested so far.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed Gautam Budh Nagar district magistrate and the police to monitor relief and rescue activities along with the NDRF team, said a tweet posted by the UP CMO.
