Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi admitted to hospital

New Delhi/IBNS: Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi was admitted to a hospital in New Delhi on Sunday, media reports said.

Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi has been admitted to Sir Ganga Ram hospital in Delhi's Old Rajender Nagar, sources told India Today.

Sources told the news channel that it is "nothing serious". 

Gandhi is 73.

"She has been admitted at 7 pm for routine check up. There is nothing serious," sources told UNI.

Congress leaders and Sonia Gandhi's children- Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra- were by her side when she was being taken to the hospital, they added.
