Efforts are on to bring back Ajit Pawar, says NCP
Mumbai, Nov 25 (UNI) In it's last-ditch effort to 'bring back' Ajit Pawar, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leaders Chagan Bhujbal, Dilip Walse Patil and Sunil Tatkare on Monday met the rebel NCP leader and deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar in Vidhan Bhavan here.
The meeting lasted for nearly four hours, however, the details of the meeting was not made available to the media as none of them had address the media after the meeting.
Party sources said that it has support of 53 of 54 Mla's who have come back to the party, ahead of the Supreme Court's decision to conduct the floor test to prove the majority to form government in the state.
