Four dies, more than a dozen injured as vehicle overturns in Saraikela

Saraikela-Kharsawan, Mar 23 (UNI) Four persons were killed and more than a dozen were injured when a small passenger vehicle fell into a road side ditch under Chandil Police Station area of this district.

SDPO D N Banka said that the accident took place as the driver lost control over the vehicle due to which it fell into the ditch.

The injured were later rushed to MGM hospital Jamshedpur.

The occupants of the vehicle were returning after participating in a reception from Jhalda of Purulia district of West Bengal when near Nargadih the accident took place in early hours of the day.

The deceased also included a 9-month old infant and a 40-year old man.
