IM terrorist Yasin Bhatkal and 4 others convicted for Dlsukhnagar blasts

Hyderabad, Dec 13 (IBNS) : An NIA court on Tuesday convicted Yasin Bhatkal among five Indian Mujahideen terrorists for their involvement in 2013 Dilsukhnagar blasts in Hyderabad.

Reports said the  quantum of sentence will be pronounced on December 19.

This is the first-ever conviction of an Indian Mujahideen terrorist.

Altogether  18 people  had died and 131 injured in twin blasts that occurred on February 21, 2013.The main accused in the case and key conspirator, Riyaz Bhatkal, is still absconding.
