Imphal: Mother of designer found killed
Imphal, May 29 (UNI) Naorem Rekha (60), mother of renowned fashion designer Robert Naorem was found bludgeoned to death at her Imphal residence today.
Police said the perpetrators took away gold ornaments worn by Rekha.
Robert had left Imphal for a fashion show.
Police and people of the area rushed in after hearing the news at Singjamei Thokchom Leikai to enquire about the incident.
An injury marks were found on the head of the victim. Police has started a probe into the incident.
