Improvement in COVID-19 infected Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain's condition after plasma therapy

New Delhi/UNI: There is an improvement in the condition of Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain after he was administered plasma therapy.

According to information given by the minister's office, his fever has started to come down after he was given plasma therapy on Saturday at the Max Hospital Saket.

The sources here informed that if the improvement continues in a similar manner in his condition , he may be shifted to the normal ward from the ICU in the next 24 hours.

There is an improvement in the oxygen levels also, other than reduction in the fever, the sources added.

Jain was shifted to the Max hospital on Friday after his health condition had deteriorated.

Earlier he was admitted to the Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital and was tested Covid positive in the second test which was conducted on Wednesday.

The Delhi health minister was taken to the hospital on Monday night after he complained of drop in oxygen levels and high fever.

On Tuesday, in his first test report he was tested negatie for COVID 19.
