Indian PM Narendra Modi greets nation on Navratri

New Delhi: Indian PM Narendra Modi on Sunday wished the nation on the occasion of Navratri.

Modi tweeted to greet the country on the first day of festivity.

India observed Mahalaya on Saturday which started the Durga Puja celebration in many parts of the country.

"Tomorrow onwards, the nation will mark the auspicious occasion of Navratri. The atmosphere will be festive due to Durga Puja too. I wish my fellow Indians on these special occasions: PM @narendramodi," he tweeted.
