New Delhi: Indian Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla met Speaker of Bangladesh's Jatiyo Shangsad, Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury during the Fifth World Conference of the Speakers of Parliaments (5WCSP) in Vienna when he exchange greetings with her over Golden Jubilee year of Bangladesh’s independence.

"During ongoing #5WCSP, met with Speaker of Jatiyo Shangsad of Bangladesh Dr. Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury. Exchanged pleasantries on India’s #AmritMahotsav and Golden Jubilee year of Bangladesh’s independence. @UN @IPUparliament," Birla tweeted.

Birla led the Indian Parliamentary delegation in the Fifth World Conference of Speakers of Parliament (5WCSP) in Vienna, Austria.
