JD (U) to contest three Lok Sabha seats in UP

Patna, Mar 13 (UNI) JD (U), a major ally of NDA will field three candidates in Uttar Pradesh in Lok Sabha election.

JD (U) General Secretary K C Tyagi said here on telephone that the party would field its candidates in Pilibhit, Robertsganj and Kanpur (Dehat).

 

He said that since the party had no alliance in Uttar Pradesh, it was going to field its candidates in these constituencies.


Tyagi said that JD(U)`s organisation was strong in these constituencies and the party`s workers were working in these constituencies with full dedication.


Uttar Pradesh has 80 Lok Sabha constituencies.
