J&K: One soldier dead as terrorists attack Army camp in Nagrota

Srinagar, Nov 29 (IBNS): At least one soldier died while another was seriously injured as a group of terrorists opened fired at an Army camp in Nagrota near Jammu, media reports said.

The incident took place on Tuesday morning.

"A group of heavily armed militants, believed to be four-to-five in number, attacked the 166 field regiment camp in Nagrota area of Jammu today at around 6 am," a police office said.

The entire area has been cordoned off.

Police have also ordered the closure of all educational institutions in the aforementioned tehsil.
