Bengaluru, May 8 (IBNS): With four days to go for the state polls, Congress chairperson Sonia Gandhi will campaign for her party in Karnataka on Monday.

Sonia will be campaigning in Bijapur.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi too will be present in the poll-bound state. He will lead Congress' campaign in Tumkur district.

While the Congress is in full mode of campaigning, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leaving no stone unturned to reach out to the voters.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be seen addressing gatherings in Vijaypura, Koppal and Bengaluru.

BJP president Amit Shah will steer the campaign for the saffron outfit by holding roadshows near Mangalore constituency.

Karnataka will go into polls on May 12.

The results will be announced on May 15.

The polls will see bigwigs BJP's Chief Ministerial candidate Yeddyurappa and Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah take on one another.

Karnataka is one of the few bastions left ruled by the Congress party.
