Kashmir: Bus falls into gorge in Poonch; 11 killed

Srinagar, Dec 8 (IBNS): Eleven people were killed and several others injured when a bus skidded off the road and fell into a gorge in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday, media reports said.

The bus was travelling from Loran to Poonch.
 
The police, as reported by NDTV, said the driver could have been speeding the vehicle while making the turns.
 
The police also said the driver could have lost control while turning through a bend before skidding off.
 
The death toll might rise as several people are in critical condition.
