Srinagar/UNI: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan, who shot himself on October 12, succumbed in the hospital here, official sources said on Monday.
A CRPF jawan of 141 Battalion D-Company shot himself with his service weapon in a Srinagar camp on October 12 to end his life.
However, other personnel immediately rushed him to SMHS where he succumbed on Sunday night.
Police have registered a case and initiated proceedings, the sources said.
