Kerala, Jan 30 (IBNS): A businessman was arrested in Kerala for allegedly running his Hummer into a security guard as punishment on Friday, media reports said.

The businessman, identified as Muhammed Nisham, was allegedly furious as the guard at his gated community in Thrissur took too long to let his car into the neighbourhood.

Sources said Nisham allegedly ran his Hummer into the man pinning him against a wall. After emerging from the car he also started beating his victim repeatedly with an iron rod till others intervened.

The guard, identified as Chandrabose, is now on life support in a local hospital.

Earlier, Nissam ran into trouble in 2013 for allowing his 9-year-old son to drive his Ferrari in their neighbourhood. The video was uploaded on YouTube and triggered much outrage.
