Kerala CPI(M) leader accused of murdering RSS leader gets bail

Thiruvanthapuram, Mar 23 (IBNS) CPI(M)'s Kannur district Secretary P Jayarajan has been granted bail in the case related to the murder of RSS activist Kathiroor Manoj, reports said.

The bail restrictions imposed on the accused include that he should not enter Kannur district for two months. Jayarajan e was remanded to judicial custody on February 12.

 The CPI (M) alleged that Jayarajan was framed as part of a  political conspiracy by the BJP-RSS.

RSS leader Manoj, who was among those accused of making an unsuccessful bid on Jayarajan's life in 1999,  was killed on September 1, 2014.
