Magnitude 3.3 quake hits Haryana's Rohtak

New Delhi/IBNS: A low intensity earthquake of magnitude 3.3 on the Richter Scale struck near Rohtak in north Indian state of Haryana on the early hours of Tuesday, a statement issued by the National Centre for Seismology (NCS) said.

According to NCS reports, the quake was recorded 38 km. East of Rohtak at 12:27 am, at a shallow depth of 14 km. below the surface.

No casualty or damage of properties has been reported yet.
