Maharashtra: 5 injured after fire breaks out following cylinder explosion in Bandra

Five people were injured after a fire broke out due to an LPG gas cylinder blast in the Bandra area of Mumbai suburb in the wee hours of Saturday.

As soon as information about the fire was received, fire vehicles reached the spot and brought the fire under control.

The injured who are identified as, Nikhil Jogesh Das, Rakesh Ramjanam Sharma, Anthony Paul Thengal, Kalicharan Majilal Kanojiya, and Shan Ali Zakir Ali Siddiqui.

The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment, BMC said.

He said that the condition of injured are stable.
