Mehbooba Mufti welcomes Prime Minister's Narendra Modi's remark on Kashmir

Srinagar, Aug 15 (IBNS): Jammu and Kahsmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's remark about Kashmir during his Independence Day address.

The Prime Minister said that not with bullets and abuse (goli aur gaali) can the issues of Kashmir.

He said the problem can be resolved by embracing people with love.

"We believe in meaningfull and peaceful  dialogues that  only can help in resolving issues as the futility of violence has been established all around," Mehbooba said in a statement issued here.
