Modi meets top ministers
Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari attended the meeting held at the Prime Minister's Race Course Road residence.
The PM and his ministers assumed office on on May 26 last year, and that date is being observed as Jan Kalyan Parv .
Apart from a review of the government's performance in the last one year, the top ministers reportedly discussed a broad blueprint of the government's agenda for the next year.
The PM is also believed to have briefed the ministers about his trip to China, Mongolia and South Korea, designed primarily to invite investment in India.
They also reportedly discussed plans to mark the government's first-year anniversary and how to blunt an aggressive opposition Congress' counter-campaign.
The PM will kick off celebrations on May 25, with a rally in Mathura.
