Narendra Modi meets UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, newly elected mayors

New Delhi, Dec 5 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath  and newly elected mayors from the state.


Modi wished the newly elected mayors for their new roles.

He also shared image of his meeting with the mayors and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister.

Modi tweeted: "Had a wonderful interaction with the newly elected Mayors of UP belonging to the BJP. Congratulated them and wished them the very best as they begin their responsibilities towards contributing to UP’s and India’s development journey. @BJP4UP."

BJP scripted a major victory in the recently concluded civic polls in the state.
