Naresh Agrawal joins BJP, faces flak from Sushma Swaraj over comment on Jaya Bachchan
New Delhi, Mar 12 (IBNS): Samajwadi Party leader Naresh Agrawal joined the BJP on Monday.
However, his new party warned him that they did not like the comment made by him on actress Jaya Bachchan.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj tweeted: "Shri Naresh Agarwal has joined Bhartiya Janata Party. He is welcome. However, his comments regarding Jaya Bachhan ji are improper and unacceptable."

Samajwadi Party selected Jaya Bachchan as their candidate for the Rajya Sabha poll.
"I have been compared with those who dance and work in films," Agrawal, referring to Jaya Bachchan, was quoted as saying by NDTV.
Union Minister Piyush Goyal welcomed Agrawal to the party at the BJP headquarters.
Agrawal was once to close to Samajwadi Party leader and former UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav.
