I had close to 1000 abusive messages and calls in a Cordinated and violent mob attack. These included a message to shoot me, a nude photo, many sexually abusive messages. I outed the men who did this. Twitter locked me till many of the details were taken down. I wroe this to them pic.twitter.com/XRyx9xbjcV

NCW Chairperson Rekha Sharma in her letter to the police chief informed that Ms Dutt has allegedly complained to the commission about receiving abusive messages as she offered aid to some Kashmiris who were being targeted in wake of the terrorist incident.
"It is further reported that she tweeted to the Delhi Police apprising them of the harassment," as per the letter.
The commission has also asked the Delhi police chief to apprise about the feedback as early as possible in the matter.
