People with vested interests trying to scuttle Road Safety Bill: Gadkari
New Delhi, June 3 (IBNS): Even after one year of death of Union Cabinet minister Gopinath Munde in a road accident, the Centre's promise to build a comprehensive road safety law is yet to be implemented.
Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari said vested interests are creating problems in passage of the Bill.
However, he informed that the Bill will be presented in the next session of Parliament.
"There is big corruption in the transport sector, vested interests are creating problems and have reservations about it," Gadkari told CNN-IBN.
