PM Modi to leave for London today
Reports said in Lodon, Modi is expected to hold a series of meetings with industry leaders, address the Indian community at a huge reception at Wembly, UK's largest stadium, and lunch with the Queen of England.
Modi is the first Indian Prime Minister to visit the UK in almost a decade. Manmohan Singh had visited London in 2006.
He is expected to reach the UK on November 12 morning, and will head to Downing Street for bilateral talks with his British counterpart David Cameron. He will then offer floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi's statue, recently installed at Parliament Square in Westminster
He will then address the Members of Parliament and later in the evening, visit the city of London for further business deals. He will conclude his first day with a reception at Guildhall.
Modi will also reportedly meet Queen Elizabeth II, who will apparently host a private lunch at Buckingham Palace.
